THE DEN
"The Den" is our indoor training facility located on Hespeler Road in Cambridge where all of our travel teams can develop their skills. Each team has dedicated time but ample free time exists for these same athletes to get a few more reps in outside of their team scheduled sessions.
RULES
- All participants must be registered members of CMBA. Any non-members in attendance are asked to remain in the observation foyer.
- All members must enter through the main entrance.
- Absolutely NO food or drink is permitted on the turf areas.
- No cleats are permitted on the turf - clean indoor shoes only
- Only CMBA coaches and players are permitted on the turf during team practice sessions. Parent/Guardians must accompany their athletes on the turf during open sessions.
- All teams and individuals must exit the turf 5 minutes prior to their scheduled or booked session
- The parent/guardian will be responsible for any participants under their supervision
DOOR ACCESS
To Open:
- To activate the screen, touch with your palm or back of your hand.
- Two numbers appear. Press each number to activate the keypad.
- Key in your team code (if your coach has not provided, please let the Facilities Manager know).
- A check mark in the bottom left will appear and the door is unlocked.
To Lock:
- Activate the keypad with the back of your hand or palm
- Press the lock symbol in the bottom right corner.
- They keypad will go away and the lock will remain in the bottom right.
BOOKING
Before booking a free time, you will need to review the schedule to ensure that the time is available for the section you would like to book.

Once you have reviewed the schedule, you will need to submit a den booking request form.

Once submitted, the facility manager will confirm and update the calendar accordingly.
Open player sessions are booked in 30 minute increments and are booked per area (pitching, batting, fielding).
A maximum of 5 players per session per booked area will be permitted under any one parent/guardian/coach. Multiple areas of the facility may be booked by more than one member so exclusivity is not guaranteed.
